Every serial killer is someone’s neighbor. Summer, 1984: the perfect time to have 15 years and be free. Earlier this summer, for Davey, a 15-year-old teenager, the thought of having a serial killer in his town is a scary and exciting perspective. Like any teenager, Davey and his friends dream of sexual conquests until their attention is captured by a report that reports the existence of a murderer in Cape May. Obsessed with the conspiracy theories, Davey is convinced that the police officer in his neighborhood is the serial killer about the news. Together with his three best friends, Etas, Farraday and Woody, he engages in an investigation that will put them in great danger. Adolescents strongly believe he is a killer, and spend their days looking for evidence to expose him. The problem is that things are not as light as they believed and the danger is watching them closely. Could Davey be right, or is it just his overactive imagination?
